NTD Keeps Restarting

My NTD has been restarting and disconnecting my internet for the past few days, is this a temporary outage, I cant find any outages in my area ??

Hi @adslmgf9, we're aware of an issue that may be causing timeouts or errors when attempting to browse. We can confirm the issue should now be fully restored.

 

Although, if you are pertaining to the modem turning off/on, then it may be a different issue. 

 

Have you perhaps tried doing a reset on the modem? 

 

We'd also appreciate if you can provide us with your Customer ID or username via private message so we can assist you further.
