Get online support

NbN modem no longer working

my internet has stopped working out of no where, it’s been like this for about 4 days now.

I have checked for outages near me but there are none, please help.

I have checked your NBN-HFC 100/40 service.

 

Do you have the NBN-NTD plugged in an powered on?

What is the status of the green lights on the NTD?

Hi, yes it’s plugged in and turned on.

only the green lights under power and downstream are showing and the one under upstream is flashing.

there’s no fourth light being shown at all at the moment
