Nbn Upgrade not working

Hi i upgraded my internet speed and it said that it would take between 2 to 25 hours hiwever it has still not come. I saw some other people had the same problem and someone fixed it. My email is chamarasn@yahoo.com and my customer id is chamarasn

   Checked your details with NBN Line speed for your home is pretty weak, 

I Need to get an NBN tech to your home 

please check your pm, for a Ticket number, 

by the time you will see your router will restart itself

Hi i checked my PM havent got a ticket number also please check you have the right address because my address is in Lynbrook and I have another house also what do you mean by my router restarting, has my upgrade gone through?
