Nbn box not connecting

Nbn box is not connecting. Tried on/off process.

Nbn box power light is on. Downstream light blinks for a long time, then the box restarts. Repeats same process.

Reported fault using app. Also, on hold on phone for the last 45 minutes.

On hold for 1 hour now. Pls somebody pick up.
