Nbn cancellation

I’ve recently moved to my new place and my old place had fibre optic plan so I had to sign up for a new plan. I signed up with the wrong address because my mistake, I couldn’t remember the new address. So I cancelled and sign up again.
I’ve called so many times to get a refund but they keep transferring me from customer service to nbn case managers. Still yet to receive any refund... How can I get a refund?
