Nbn down

Hi,
I'm trying to log an incident for nbn being down. Is that done here in this forum? I can't find any other way.
I've looked at the nbn checker and there is no outage for my location.

Modern connection has been very flaky for a few days and now it's in a connect / disconnect loop.

Can anyone help me please?

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.

 

Check our Service Status page for any known outages. If you're on NBN, we have created this article that can guide you on How to Check for NBN Network Outage
