No internet after planned maintenance

I have no internet in clear mountain qld, scheduled maintenance says latency issues not completed loss of internet. Can anyone from tpg give me somw info on what's happening with the service to this area?

I've managed to locate your account and remote tests showed that your service is now up and running.

 

There has been an interruption which was confirmed by NBN Co but was resolved in a timely manner.
