Nbn dropout after blackout

My nbn dropout after blackout I called tpg they promised to send a technician in 2 days time but didn't turn up So I called again they reply that was my area network outage it would fix 4.30 pm I tried next day still doesn't work now 4 days I rang manytime

Seemed like this may have been raised to our Engineering Team. Let us have your Customer ID or username via PM to confirm and check the status of the lodged fault. You can also provide any reference or ticket number if you do not have your TPG account details handy.

It only last one day and now dropdead again. Would help me out? Thank-you

That outage problem had already resolved on 2/6 4.30pm I found nbn incoming coverage to my house is green
I think this is internal cable problem
