Nbn hfc modem dropout

Hi there,

I’ve been experiencing frequent dropouts throughout the day today since this morning.
At least 4 times, 3 of which is due to modem “internet” light shuts off in the modem and 1 is due to not online in the nbn box.
I signed up with u guys not long ago and purchased the modem with u guys as well - archer vr1600v

Can you help please? Is there trouble with my line connection?

Woke up this morning.
Went to my phone and realised the internet is not available.
Saw that the nbn box only has 2 lights on, the downstream light Keeps blinking...

We were able to locate your account using your community details and understand that you were able to speak with our Tech team earlier today. It seems that your service is being affected by an NBN network outage. It is already being investigated by our third party provider (NBN Co.) and the assigned case manager will provide you with the updates once available.
