Hi there, I’ve been experiencing frequent dropouts throughout the day today since this morning. At least 4 times, 3 of which is due to modem “internet” light shuts off in the modem and 1 is due to not online in the nbn box. I signed up with u guys not long ago and purchased the modem with u guys as well - archer vr1600v Can you help please? Is there trouble with my line connection?
