This light come on sometime during today while I was at work, there isn't any outage in my area, any chance I can get help to fix

Did the light come on or off or was it flashing?

Is it the NBN NTD box or the modem/router?

Are you not able to use the service as of the moment?

Have you tried rebooting the device?
