Nbn outage Canberra

Internet has been out since about 11am 29 January 2020. Unable to get through to TPG. Left online email, but no response. Waiting on phone 40 mins, no answer. Checked service status and issue not listed. Checked community posts and similar issue is said to be fixed. We have bushfires near us so wondered if this could be the problem. Is there any way I can find out what is happening and likely timeline for fixing?
