Need a firmware upgrade for Huawei hg659

Hi there,

We have being using Huawei HG659 since we opened our NBN service with you guys several years ago.

The router worked quite well until recently. It feels a little bit faulty as the 5G Hz wifi does not work properly sometime.

Just wonder if the firmware update will solve the problem? If so, could you please help upgrade the firmware for us??

Router model: Huawei HG659

Hardware version is: VER.B

Current firmware version is V100R001C216B112
