Need improve Home Wireless Broadband upload speed

Hello, I'm using the Home Wireless Broadband, happy with the donwload speed, but the upload speed is currently limited to 2Mb. It's a bit too slow in many cases, espeically when you working from home. Is there any possible way to improve the upload speed e.g. to 4Mb, happy to pay abit more. P.S. NBN is not considered to to access to the property. thanks.

Home Wireless Broadband speeds are up to a maximum off-peak speed of 20Mbps download and 2Mbps upload. We'll be sure to send out and provide notifications as soon as we offer higher speed plans for this service.
