40 hours ago, I received a confirmation email telling me my request to upgrade from NBN12 to NBN50 has been completed. This morning I got another email saying TPG has undertaken a review of my NBN speed. I have restarted the router and the NBN modem several times, but the network speed hasn't increased. May I know what's going on?

Did you check the speed via WiFi or Wired connection? If via WiFi, are you using the 2.4GHz or 5GHz band network?
