New NBN Connection Issues

I am on a free month trial for the new NBN 5G Homebroad Band plan and it is horrible disconnects throughout the day randomly and every night between 6-7pm disconnects and takes 10-15mins to reconnect.
Never had this issue with my old NBN broadband plan it was working fine never cutout at all and was never slow.
Any trouble shooting tips other than what is already on the TPG website
