New network issue

I want to connect internet connection but nobody answers my call there is no chat support. What kind of service is this ????? I waited for more than 15 mins on call still nobody answers.

Hi, 

Please visit tpg.com.au  then enter your address in check availibity in your area.

based on your address available service with shown on that page, there are few different options available so  select plan, contract term, data and then click botton right side  click buy button as  a new to TPG.

So look I did all the process you told me then there are two options which is to call you or let you to call me. I've waited more than 15 mins when I called and it's been almost 2 hours that I choose to get a call from you guys !!
