No 5g Internet

I lost internet last night at 11pm and this morning at 9:28am it is still not working. All bar the top light is working on the modem. It has been rebooted twice and the SIM has been reseated also. This is the worst outage I have had since changing to 5G and the connection on a "good" day is spotty at best. 
I can't check the service status as the screen doesn't work ... I've had enough.
