No ADSL internet

Hi there,
I am on ADSL and have no internet connection. Modem lights are lit up as normal. I have checked the phone line, and there are no issues with that, have also tried changing cables but to no avail. I have also turned the modem on and off but it had no effect. I believe the modem is about 2 years old. Any ideas?

I have sent an email to TPG tech support last night but they haven’t responded. Also downloaded their app to try support via that but it doesn’t recognise my username and password (yet the username and password works on their website without issue).
