Hi following up on no ADSL internet connection.
Have Huawei modem, with no Intenet or ADSL lights coming on, only power and WLAN
Have tried troubleshooting with reset, reconfigure and isolation with no successful.
Any further guidance would be helpful please as unable to work from home without commenction currently.
For customers experiencing any issues with their ADSL service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage on the network. Customers may check our Service status page for outage updates.
In your case, it appears that your copper connection has been disconnected. Email notification was sent to you last year about the date of the copper disconnection due to transition of the service to NBN.
Once the copper is disconnected, customers need to upgrade to the new NBN service.
