No Internet Connection

I am in Carlingford (NSW 2118). My NBN keeps disconnecting from yesterday. I notice there are some maintenance in Sydney recently but those are not my suburb. I tried calling the hotline but it just kept ringing.

Any choice this can be resolved ASAP?
