No Internet Secured

Out of the blue today my wireless internet connection dropped. My devises (iPhone and laptop) are still able to connect to the wireless network however there is “no internet, secured”.

I have tried turning off my NBN modem (Arris CM8200) and back on a number of times to no prevail. The modem “online” indicator is constantly flashing once the system turns back on.

With a house full of people working from home in the current climate is it imperative to get this fixed as soon as possible.

Any help is much appreciated.

What lights are your getting on your modem/router and your NBN NTD(Black NBN box)?

 

Are you able to take some photos of your modem and your NBN box including lights and cables if you can?

Currently all lights are on green constantly but still same issue across all home devises

I can see your service is currently online. Are you still having issues with your service? The photos you included are also indicating the service is now working.
