Sick of sending emails after emails to cancel the account but still no answer

Hi I am Baljinder I already send emails to cancel my account twice but again customer service representative told me to send us an email regarding cancellation,I do not understand what’s going on ? I don’t even have connection from TPG from last two months and still tpg charging me each month,looks like I should complaint to telco ombudsman now for their poor service and ripping off customer in this hard time.
