Apologies for the interruption to your service, @peterjradoll

 

If the account I've managed to pull up using your Community details is correct, the internet is already working though it is for an NBN FTTP service. 

 

Should this not be the case, please provide us with your Customer ID or service address via private message so we can run real-time tests.
