No internet

My internet was down again the whole day today. It's the second time of this week. Please kindly help check as this is not ideal to do work.

Hi @Makinfei

 

I have raised the issue to our Engineering team for further investigation. I realised that the service is currently not working but please ensure to still leave the modem connected and turned on for remote testing purposes. 

 

Their team should be in touch within the next 24hrs to provide updates via phone call or SMS.
