We were able to locate your account using your community details and understand that you are under our ADSL off net account. If your phone service with another provider has been restored, then the internet should start working.
However, you've advised that the modem has been reset to its default settings. This means that you need to reconfigure it with your TPG credentials. Here's an online support link that will guide you in configuring your modem/router.
Make sure that you are using the correct TPG username and password. Verify it by accessing TPG 'My Account'.
