No internet since yesterday. NBN box connection light is blinking red all day. I unplugged power and phone cable for a while and put back on, repeated this few times but no luck. Light is still blinking red and no internet. Tried to call or access Online chat for support whole day but it never been attended. Can anyone from TPG call me to arrange someone to fix this problem? In this scenario, i believe technician needs to come my house to fix this. We cannot go out, and I cannot work from home cause no internet connection. TPG, please help!
