No Internet

Hello,
Have connected the TPG supplied VX420-G2h and am not able to receive internet. Have checked and triple checked the connections. On the nbn box, the power light is green, the optical light is flashing green and the UNID1 light is orange. Wifi works, but no internet. Would love some help please.
