No Internet

No internet conection, light not showing on modem. Have tried reset and turning off at the wall. Only lights showing is power, 2.4G and 5G. Looked up online and no outages in my area either.

Same. Ours comes on, then goes off after some seconds. That’s both internet connection via browser, tv, phone, etc. and the Internet connection icon on the modem admin page. No outages reported. Though the notified me of an outage during the week then notified me of it being resolved a day after.
