Hi Team, The is no nbn internet connection due to which I'm facing much trouble in connectivity . Having no response for the call to your customer support for technical triage on the connection issue.
This morning, I restarted my modem and the internet light was on but when trying to connect they didnt accept my password. Called the customer service centre, she said it wasbecause I reset my modem last night.She helped me setting up the modem again using the new password. All good and running. Thank you
