Get online support

No NBN connection only got power light

Hi TPG,

My home internet has dropped out today after the big thunderstorm.

I have tried to turn it back on a few times as suggested on the TPG website, however there is still no WiFi connection, only power light is on.

I have checked with NBN and there is no outage at my house.

Please advise what’s the issue or when are you going to fix it?

Hi TPG,

Our NBN is still offline, it’s more than 7 days now. I have restarted the NBN modem a few times, only got the power light.

May I please get update about the current network issue? I couldn’t get it through the technical support.
