No NBN connection

We have not had any internet connection since 12.30pm on the 26/11/2019. Spoke to customer support and was given no time for resolution. Part of a wider NBN outage but your service status page lists no outages.

Using your community details, I was able to check your account and can confirm that there's indeed an ongoing NBN outage affecting 107 users. The report was raised by NBNCo yesterday (Nov 26) at 5:20PM AEDT.


The service disruption is caused by a local power outage. NBNCo advises that due to the complexity of power recovery, the power company is unable to provide an Estimated Time of Restoration at present. Nonetheless, this case has been raised to our Monitoring Team. Once the issue is resolved or additional update is available, you will be notified via SMS.
