No NBN connection

Hi,
I suddenly lost internet connection at home.
The power light on my NBN box is on. But the downstream light is flashing. Upstream and online lights are off. I’ve tried resetting the box. But still have the same issue. I’ve also checked the NBN website and apparently there’s no network outages in my building.

Anyone got an idea what’s going on?
