No NBN connection

NBN was working perfectly until this morning around 8:30am. It then stopped and will not reconnect even after restarting modem etc.

Checked outage status (we are in Waterloo NSW 2017) and doesn't appear to be on the listed postcodes.

Can someone please help? We rely on this to do our jobs and are really frustrated by not being able to contact anyone (live chat isn't an option as it just says try later every time!).
