No NBN connection

Hi there,
My NBN connection has suddenly dropped and now I have no internet at home. No outage was shown in the area. I checked all connections, reset both devices, no hope. I lodged a fault through TPG website this morning and no response yet.

Same here. tpg support is so useless. Called three times today, kept me waiting for half an hour, no one pick up the phone
