No NBN internet connection

Hi there,


The downstream light on the NBN connection box flashes for a few moments (power light is solid green), followed by a single flash by all of the lights at once, then all lights turn off and the process repeats.


The only lights showing green on the router are Power, 2.4G, and 5G. All other router lights are off.


Tried reset, didn't change anything.

Based on your description of the lights, there is a possibility that there is no signal going through. We would like to check and run remote test to determine the type of issue you are experiencing.

Thanks for sending me your details. I was able to locate the account and ran an initial test at the same time. The result shows a possible line fault causing the service not to work. We'll raise this to our Engineering Team for futher test and investigation.
