I have had regular dropouts on my HFC NBN connection since about November last year. I have been patient about this problem since it corrects itself, and I expected TPG would be aware of the problem from your own system monitoring. But it is very annoying when streaming video gets cut off. At first, the dropouts were several times a day. Each time the connection dropped out, it would recover within 5 minutes with no action on my part. Every time it happens, all 4 lights on the Arris CM8200 cable modem stay green. The dropouts have become less frequent. Can this be fixed, please?
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
We've tested the line and was not able to detect any fault within the NBN network.
The modem shows that it's been stable for almost 2 weeks and counting.
