Get online support
I live in postcode 3073. I have lost internet since APril 27, 2020 and TPG chat has not been able to give me single update on why I don't have internet and when it will be restored. My family has to work from home plus take uni classes online. Incompetency from TPG(or NBN) in this case is extremely appaling and I am almost at the brink of cancelling my services.
Is anyone else on same boat?
