No NBN internet

The internet dropped out sometime last night. I’ve contacted TPG on two occasions and testing determined it was the modem.

HOWEVER, we bought a new modem and have the same issue.

When configuring the modem, it tries to configure the internet connection and says my ISP username and password is incorrect. I’m using the same as my tpg login details.

Any ideas on a fix as it’s not the modem and TPG have put their hands up and said it’s not a fault on their side.
