No VDSL connection

My VDSL connection went down almost 24 hours ago. I tried all the troubleshooting steps but no change - my modem shows a blank DSL light which suggests no line sync.

I checked for NBN outages in my area and found nothing relevant.

Help needed please.

Hi,

NBN tech came today and identified a fault in the copper pairs.

All fixed now.

This has been raised to our Engineering team for further investigation as we can't confirm if there's a fault on the line.

An assigned Engineer will be in touch with you within 24 to 48 hours once an update becomes available.

I was given ticket number XXXXXXX and had to cancel an NBN visit. I need to reschedule. 

Any help appreciated.
