No confirmation email after submitting NBN account cancellation request

Hi TPG team,

I have submitted an NBN account cancellation request but since then I have not received any email that TPG has acknowledged. Can you help to look into this and follow up please?

Check your Spam folder: There's a chance the confirmation email might have landed in your spam folder.

Contact TPG directly:

  • Phone: You can call TPG's customer service line at 13 14 23. This is the number for general inquiries and cancellations.
  • Email: You can send an email to cancel@tpg.com.au including pixel speedrun your account details and referencing your previous cancellation request.
