No connection in Clayfield Qld

No internet connection since yesterday. NBN modem flashing blue/red lights. Restarted the modem multiple times with no success. Already report to TPG but the technician can only come on 30/12. How to expedite to resolve the issue?? It’s bad not having internet during this time and still pay for the service!

For service connection issues, we recommend our customers to check the following: 

 

Check our Service Status page for any known outages. If you're on NBN, we have created this article that can guide you on How to Check for NBN Network Outage 

 

If there are no known outages in your area, you can proceed with the troubleshooting steps indicated on this link: 

 

If the issue persists, please send your Customer ID or username via private message in order for us to check the status of your service.
