Hi, I just received an invoice for the above account. I set this new account for my father on 30 September. However, I was told the first month was for free. Please advise. Thanks Anna

It shows that the account was activated last 30 November, which means that the next billing cycle will start on the 30 December.

Since we are a prepaid service, we automatically debit the account 7 days before the next billing cycle.


The first month cycle from 30 November to 29 December is the free month.
