No connection

I have left my modem on for an hour or so but only the power, 2.4g and 5g lights are on. I have the modem connected from the WAN to the wall socket but unsure if this is and NBN or phone line outlet

What type of NBN plan do you have?

Is it a new or existing connection?

What model wifi router do you have?

It's nbn50 from and just the standard tp link they send out. I just found the email and it says connect the dsl to the phone socket so I will try that now and wait 30mins

*nbn50 fttn and not sure if it is existing or not at we just moved in and there are 4 phone sockets
