No increase in speed after upgrading to NBN Superfast plan

Hi Team,

I upgraded to NBN Superfast plan but I am still getting 12mbps max download speed. I have restarted my NBN box, Modem and Laptop multiple times but to no avail.

Can you please help me.

After restarting the Modem nth time - I am now getting the speed as per my plan.
