No inteenet Ticket#12291314 update required

Can someone say about Ticket#12291314 update. It was raised on 25/4/2022. Same issue was reported before on 22/4/2022 under 12285429 but that ticket was closed. I have been continuously using my mobile internet since 22/4/2022 to work from home. Please take action urgently.

Hi @imtiaz080583,

Looking at  the status of the connection, it appears to be stable now. Our Engineering also reported no evident line fault that can be service affecting. 

 

Do let us know should you require further assistance.

It was resolved for few days but has started fluctuating today again.

Did you turn off and on the NBN NTD box (Arris)?

If no, did you notice any changes in the light status of the NBN NTD box, when the connection drops out?
