Looking at the status of the connection, it appears to be stable now. Our Engineering also reported no evident line fault that can be service affecting.

Did you turn off and on the NBN NTD box (Arris)?
If no, did you notice any changes in the light status of the NBN NTD box, when the connection drops out?
