Modem light is yellow for internet, even after resetting the modem.

We're sorry to learn that you have been faced with difficulty in terms of the connection.
Based on the account located using your Community details, the issue has now been escalated to our Engineering Team for further investigation. It appears that the line or signal is present on the NBN box but the router cannot connect to our server hence we are not getting any internet access.
Though we are still yet to determine the cause, our Engineering Team will still be conducting further investigation. They should provide you with an update within the next 24-48hrs.
