No internet - Fttb

Hi. I have recently been connected to FTTB. I was on previously ADSL2+. I have had no internet access over the past week prior to FTTB. Now this is the same issue. I removed big talk add on from my plan. My phone number is now “not valid”. This is purely an issue of TPG. As a result I have to pay for excess data usage on my phone. Can someone like an engineer please call me. I don’t want to talk to help desk as they don’t know what they are or I am talking about.
