No internet access?

Just got my modem set up. Connected to wifi, no internet access?? All lights lit up, internet included, 2.5, 5, DSL, power.

What am I missing? When I connect wifi on my phone, it says "your newly set up internet connection is waiting to be automatically configured?"

Been waiting for a fortnight now.. using hotspots, yet still paying a full bill?
