No internet after doing a router reset

I can't get my internet to work for the third day now and tpg won't reply to my emails.
I have reset the router. Changed cables .
Did a wifi reset . Nothing has helped
The internet light on my modem has yet to turn on.
I believe I have done everything I can

For customers experiencing any issues with their NBN service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage on the NBN network.

In your case, it appears that the troubleshooting that you've performed fixed the issue. Your connection shows that it's been stable for more than 5 days and running within specification.
